An estimated 1,800 – 2,000 pastors leave the pastorate each month in the USA.

Most of these men and women haven’t left the Lord. Instead, they found Him in ways that went beyond what they had seen or experienced as professional pastors.

Most of these men and women experienced a crisis of conscience that led them in a different direction.
